RAIN (Residents Against Incineration) is a community-led group formed in response to the proposed development of a waste incinerator at 113 Milltown Road, Benburb.
RAIN represents local residents, families, and businesses who are concerned about the potential environmental, health, and community impacts of this proposal. Our aim is to ensure that the voices of those who live and work in Benburb and the surrounding areas are heard, respected, and properly considered throughout the planning process.
RAIN exists to:
Provide clear, accessible information to the local community
Encourage public engagement and participation in the planning process
Support residents in submitting formal objections and representations
Advocate for responsible, transparent, and sustainable decision-making
